  4. Pick Clips to transcribe, language, and optional approved script

  6. Review the Transcript list, edit text and timing, then Add to timeline

Translate to a target language, then Replace or Add a second-language track. Restore originals when needed.

Enable Keep clear of subject to push captions away from faces or the main subject when placement tools are available.

Download SRT, VTT, JSON, or TXT for reuse outside layZ. MCP can export with layz_export_subtitles.
